Our brewery was founded on a mutual love of old brick, shiny steel and hops. This slightly hazy, gold-colored IPA has big, dank pineapple and grapefruit aromas along with tropical and citrus fruit flavors. Finishing dry, with a pleasant lingering bitterness, Brick and Steel IPA is a beer as solid as its name.
This ale strikes a balance between malt and hops while retaining the characteristics of an American Pale Ale. A blend of coveted Citra and Australian Sylva hops lends delicious aroma and flavor to this refreshing ale.
An austere buck, the Goatmeal pours pure chocolate brown, with a thick mocha-colored head. Dark and delicate notes of espresso and cocoa swirl lusciously on the tongue, gliding smoothly to a sweet-dry finish.
This playful, golden-colored IPA charges your tongue with a barrage of hoppy spice, frisky fresh fruit and citrus-like flavors from the New Zealand Motueka hop. It then finishes you off with a vigorous hop kick, disappearing briskly from the palate.
Our first brew, this imperial IPA stakes its claim with a citrusy aroma and fruity hop flavors brought by its main protagonist: the Australian Galaxy hop. With skillful balance and a dry finish, the Impaler will render your palate helplessly conquered.
An easy-drinking Irish Red Ale that is a deep chestnut color. The Irish yeast adds a slight fruity note at the start but finishes dry with a surprising ever-so-slight touch of roastiness.
Easy on the eyes and crisp on the tongue, this blonde will keep you coming back for more. Slight hop bitterness couples nicely with hints of Valencia orange, not-to-sweet honey notes and a medium-dry finish.
An American Style Sour with Blackberry and Apricot. It finishes crisp and clean with a subtle fruit finish.
A deep, dark, roasty Russian Imperial Stout. Goatnik pleases the palate with hints of coffee and chocolate matched with generous late kettle hop additions. This winter seasonal is always delicious.
